WCSS runs integrated facilities management, food service and catering for hospitality, leisure and wellness clients. Operations spanned dozens of spreadsheets and disconnected tools — requisitions, purchasing, vendors, inventory, projects, HR, finance and sales all lived in their own silos, making month-end and project costing painful.
We built a custom ERP that covers every part of the business end to end: requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, sourcing & RFQs, inventory, projects, HR & payroll, sales, finance and reporting — all on one database with role-based access and full audit trails.
