Kokolet Luxury Point of Sale — one inventory across web, app & store

Oversells dropped to near zero. Floor staff close sales in under 30 seconds, inventory is accurate to the unit across all three channels, and head office sees daily revenue, top SKUs and low-stock alerts on a single dashboard.

The Challenge
Where they started.

Kokolet sells limited-edition sneakers across a website, a mobile app, and a physical store in Lagos. Stock counts drifted between channels, oversells were frequent, and in-store checkout still ran on a generic till that didn't see the digital inventory at all.

Our Approach
How we built it.

We built a custom POS that treats every channel as one inventory. The till runs on the same database as the website and app, syncs in real time, and integrates with thermal printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers at the store. Cashiers ring up sales, apply discounts and loyalty, take card/cash/transfer/QR payments, and print or email branded receipts — all in one flow.

The Outcome
What shipped.

Oversells dropped to near zero. Floor staff close sales in under 30 seconds, inventory is accurate to the unit across all three channels, and head office sees daily revenue, top SKUs and low-stock alerts on a single dashboard.
